Madison-Poss & Associates was founded in 1999 by Patrick Madison and Rusty Poss. Originally focusing on consulting services and project management, the partners gradually moved into development projects of their own. Following an increasing number of successes and, based on the growing needs of their investors, Madison-Poss grew to offer construction management services to see projects through from concept to completion.

Patrick Madison
Patrick J. Madison, Ph.D., AICP , has more than 25 years of experience in planning and developing real estate projects. His expertise includes: land use planning, site selection, due diligence, market analysis, project management, cost estimating, regulatory compliance, environmental assessment, financial packaging, and construction mediation. He is a certified member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and the National Registry of Environmental Professionals.

Russell Poss II
Russell C. Poss II, has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of project management, building code inspection, and cost estimating. He has performed over 270 code and construction inspections, and prepared over 80 construction cost estimates on residential and commercial properties. He has also performed as construction manager for approximately 40 projects. He holds certifications from the Southern Building Code Congress International as a Building, Plumbing, and Mechanical Inspector, and as a Plans Examiner.
